I-DREAM promotes all possible appropriate technologies for the developing communities.
I-DREAM eLibrary is the result of this effort, aiming to provide an off-line electronic library system for all communities who do not have Internet access. When properly configured and installed, it will provide to the local area the following contents;
- RACHEL (Remote Area Community Hotspot for Education and Learning), including several tens of valuable educational contents, inspired from the wonderful initiatives of the WorldPossible NGO.
- Kolibri mainly to carry the Khan Academy off-line version but also including several other educational contents in multiple languages, from the wonderful initiatives of the Learning Equality NGO.
- OwnCloud Standalone Server
- Blynk IoT Local Server (for IoT M2M local projects)
- MQTT Server
- Team Viewer
The whole system is integrated into a single Raspberry Pi Server for the remote communities and schools without Internet connection.
